Shipping policy
1.SHIPPING AND TRANSFER OF RISKS
(1) Delivery shall be ex works at the Buyer’s expense and risk .
(2) If the delay in shipping is attributable to the Buyer, the risk shall be deemed to have passed to the Buyer on the day when the shipment is ready for shipment.
(3) Hitattoo shall have the right to store the goods at the Buyer‘s expense and risk, whereby the date of storage shall constitute the delivery date.
(4) In the event of transport damage, the Buyer shall immediately cause a factual report to be drafted.
2.QUANTITY DIFFERENCES
(1) Complaints due to quantity differences shall be reported in writing immediately, at the latest within three working days of the goods’ receipt at the destination.
(2) If there was a delivery shortfall, a subsequent delivery shall be made or a credit note for the value of the missing quantity shall be issued.
3.ABOUT CUSTOMS, VAT, TAXES, DUTIES
You have rights and you have responsibilities.
(1) We don't know what your country will charge you if anything for Customs Duties. It is your responsibility to find out and you must pay those charges on delivery. Any money due on delivery are your Customs fees only, not from the shipping company. These Charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
(2) If you refuse to pay what you owe for Custom's Duties and the package is returned, you don't get refund for shipping cost of your order. And return shipping cost will charge by your side also.
(3)If you refuse to pay and the package is valued under $300.00. it will be abandoned in your country and you will be required to pay a $300.00 USD abandonment charge plus you are not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
